Position : Operation Manager (Female)
Industry : Cosmetics, Beauty, Personal Care

Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage daily operational activities across production, logistics, supply chain.
2. Handle e-commerce operations including order management, platform coordination, stock monitoring, customer service coordination and fulfillment processes.
3. Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure timely production and delivery.
4. Manage inventory levels, forecast products needs, and coordinate replenishment.
5. Laise with shipping companies, warehouses, suppliers.
6. Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
7. Ensure smooth coordination between departments (marketing, accounting, sales, production, etc.)
8. Monitor KPI's, generate reports, and provide insights for operational improvements.
9. Manage documentation, compliance and quality control processes.
10. Solve operational challenges and ensure seamless workflow from production to customer delivery.

Qualification

1. Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in beauty and cosmetics.
2. Strong experience in e-commerce platforms and online order fulfillment.
3. Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and procurement.
4. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple departments.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills.
7. Fluency in English and Arabic is a plus.
