We’re Hiring: Workshop Manager – Kuwait 🇰🇼

We are looking for a skilled Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality maintenance delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise workshop operations and daily maintenance activities
• Lead and guide mechanics, storekeepers, and the inventory team
• Ensure accurate spare parts control and inventory management
• Maintain high safety standards and compliance
• Plan maintenance schedules and monitor performance KPIs
• Other related tasks as assigned

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of workshop experience, with leadership background
• Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and team-management abilities
