Armada Retail Concept is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Kuwait.

This role will focus on HR Operations across our GCC retail business.

🔹 Key Requirements:
- Currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- Arabic speaker preferred
- PHRi certification is an advantage

🔹What You’ll Handle:
- HR operations support for staff across GCC countries
- Employee relations, documentation, onboarding/offboarding
- Policy implementation & compliance
- Coordination with cross-functional HR teams
