Prosite General Contracting for Buildings Company is Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (Fit-Out & Joinery)
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support our growing fit-out, interior, and joinery projects.

Required Skills
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or joinery projects.
Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and local market rates.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost management tools (MS Project or Primavera).
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for fit-out and joinery projects.
Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work for precise quantity take-offs.
Manage procurement, subcontractor quotations, and cost comparisons.
Administer contracts, variations, and progress payment certificates.
Conduct site visits to verify quantities and monitor work progress.
Monitor and control project budgets, cash flows, and financial reports.
Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising design intent.
Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients on cost and contractual matters.
