Are you a dynamic, customer-focused individual ready to take the next step in your F&B career? Wachamean is a fast-growing, premium burger concept, and we are looking for an energetic and experienced Store Supervisor & Lead Crew.

❇ What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant (QSR), fast-casual dining, or food service environment.
2. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.
3. Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with QSR operations, including Point of Sale (POS) systems, food safety, and cash management.
4. Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
5. Work Ethic: High energy, a positive attitude, and reliability with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
