Optimize production, testing, reduce cost and preserve quality along with gathering and reporting essential production data and patterns. Record existing production methods and set company benchmarks to improve the efficiency of production while working alongside Quality Control. Maintain technical knowledge and keep up to date with advanced/cutting edge production methods in the industry and apply them on existing/new products, upgrades and modifications. Ensure accurate documentation of designs and tooling, estimate staffing and time requirements and provide training to support production goals. Enforce safety and environmental regulations, develop best practices, investigate root causes of issues. Assist in budget preparations to monitor expense and profitability.

Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in Switchgear industry as Production Engineer.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
