We are hiring a Full-Time Electrical Engineer to join our team in Bait Al-Aseel Group as follows:
* Position: Electrical Engineer
* Experience: 0–2 Years
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
* Languages: Arabic and English
* Driving License: Required
* Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and industrial clients.
* Build strong customer relationships to expand the company’s market presence.
* Participate in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial offers for tenders.
* Analyse tender documents and coordinate with internal teams to prepare compliant bids.
* Support the sales team with customized proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help shape business strategies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 0–2 years of experience.
* Valid Kuwait driving license.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, and well-organized.
* Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines.
