- Key Account Executive
As our Key Account Executive, you will play a key role in unlocking the full potential of our FMCG partners by:
- Driving strategic growth within key retail accounts through sharp business planning, flawless execution, and strong customer relationships.
- Owning the number – delivering revenue, volume, and profitability targets while identifying opportunities for incremental growth.
- Leading promotional excellence, from forecasting and pricing to activation and evaluation.
- Championing perfect store execution, ensuring our brands stand out in-store and online.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, supply chain, and category teams to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Using data & insights to shape strategy, optimize assortments, and elevate category performance.
What Makes You a Perfect Fit?
You are an energetic, commercially minded FMCG professional who loves beauty and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, or Category roles (FMCG experience is essential)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
- A passion for beauty, trends, and consumer behavior
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and take initiative
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools
