OPERATIONS MANAGER – LEADING QSR GROUP | KUWAIT
A dynamic multi-brand QSR operation managing 10+ branches across Kuwait is seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to lead operational excellence and business transformation during a strategic restructuring phase.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee multi-unit operations, drive sales growth, elevate service standards, and build high-performing teams across a diverse QSR portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• End-to-end operations management for 10+ branches across 2 QSR brands
• Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational KPIs/SOP
• Implement and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Team recruitment, training, and performance management
• P&L responsibility with focus on labor cost and operational efficiency
• Commissary and central kitchen coordination for consistency and cost control
• Menu engineering and product rollout execution
• Mystery shopper programs and quality audits
• New outlet openings and operational scaling
• Vendor management and supply chain coordination
• Compliance with MOCI, Kuwait Municipality, and health & safety regulations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 8 years of QSR/F&B operations experience
• Proven multi-unit management (10+ outlets) in Kuwait market (MANDATORY)
• Strong P&L accountability and cost control expertise
• Experience with commissary/central kitchen operations
• Deep knowledge of delivery aggregator platforms and optimization
• Track record of opening and scaling QSR outlets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and customer-focused mindset
