We are seeking a visionary culinary leader to take the helm of our premium fine dining restaurant. If you are passionate about innovation, menu engineering, and mentoring a high-performing team, we want to hear from you.
✨ Main Role:
* Lead full kitchen operations & staff mentorship.
* Develop seasonal menus, conduct menu engineering, and lead tasting sessions.
* Manage food cost & Waste.
* Ensure HACCP compliance and Food Safety standards.
* Oversee supplier management, inventory control, purchasing, and storage.
✔️ The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: 3-5+ years in Fine Dining (2+ years as Head/Exec Chef).
* Specialty: Strong background in Japanese Cuisine preferred. 🍣
* Skills: Recipe development, inventory control, and team leadership.
* Residency: Must have transferable Article 18.
