Job Description:
We're seeking a highly qualified and passionate English Teacher to join our international community at EPG School! As an English Teacher, you'll inspire and educate students from diverse backgrounds, fostering a love for the English language and culture. You'll work collaboratively with our dynamic team to deliver high-quality education, promoting academic excellence and personal growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for school students following the school's curriculum and international standards (e.g., Cambridge, IB)
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and report to parents
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to integrate English language skills across subjects
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities
- Contribute to school development and accreditation processes
- Maintain accurate records, prepare lesson plans, and meet deadlines
- Engage with students, parents, and staff in a professional, respectful, and supportive manner

Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Education, or related field
- TEFL/TESOL certification (or equivalent)
- 1+ years of teaching experience (preferably in an international setting)
- Excellent command of English (native or near-native proficiency)
- Passion for teaching, cultural diversity, and student development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and technologies
