Looking for Operator Supervisor (Handle operator) with below qualification:

Role involves managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring service levels are met.

Responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, managing external suppliers and internal teams, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting root cause analysis to improve efficiency, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

This can be a technical role focused on overseeing service operations.
Responsibilities:

Core responsibilities
- Experience from Zain, Orredoo, STC or related franchise is preferred.

- Operational management: Supervise day-to-day Operator operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.

- Team and project supervision: Lead, train, and mentor teams to ensure it meets objectives and deadlines.

- Performance monitoring: Monitor key metrics, conduct store visits, manage deployed store assets and ensure service levels and KPIs are met or exceeded.

- Process improvement: Analyze operational data to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement improvement plans.

- Customer management: Serve as a key point of contact for customers, manage relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Compliance and reporting: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, and prepare and present performance reports.
Skill:
• Must have valid Kuwait Driving license (based on WP salary)/ Old Driving Lic.
• Must be a resident in State of Kuwait must have valid transferable residency visa
• Speak English & Arabic
• Self-motivated
