SOUS CHEF

✅Requirements:
- Formal Culinary Background (not strictly mandatory, but highly preferred)
- ⁠Culinary diploma or certificate from a recognized institute
- ⁠Courses in food safety, HACCP, and kitchen management
- ⁠Minimum experience 4 - 7 years total kitchen experience, atleast 2 years as Chef De Partie or Junior Sous Chef
- ⁠Experience in high-volume kitchens, catering, banquets, or cloud kitchens
- ⁠Preferred nationality: Arab
