Job Title: E-Commerce & Delivery Operations Specialist

We are hiring a motivated and experienced E-Commerce & Delivery Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels for coffee, cakes, chocolates, and gift items.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Set up and manage online sales platforms for coffee, cakes, chocolates, and gifts.
2. Register, upload, and manage product listings across delivery applications.
3. Oversee order processing, delivery coordination, and driver follow-up.
4. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase daily orders.
5. Handle customer service via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Proven experience in the food, restaurant, and delivery app industry.
2. Strong communication skills and professional customer interaction.
3. Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to incoming orders.
4. Full understanding of e-commerce operations and product photography.
5. Minimum 2 years of experience managing delivery apps (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.).
6. Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and high-demand periods.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; skilled in analyzing order data.

8. Must have a transferable residency (Article 18).
9. Ready to join immediately.
