Experience
- Provide legal advice to management on business matters and risks.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls.


- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.


- Manage litigation and intellectual property (patents, trademarks, designs).
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and ensure organizational compliance.
- Promote ethical legal practices and uphold confidentiality and professional standards.

Requirements
- Master's in Law.
- 6+ years' experience in corporate/legal advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of Kuwaiti law & MOCI procedures.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- High ethical standards and legal expertise.
