Job Vacancy: Customer Service Officer (Food Industry)
Location: Kuwait

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and emails.
- Receive daily orders and enter them into Odoo.
- Provide customers with information on fruits and vegetables.
- Follow up on orders and coordinate with Sales and Purchasing teams.


- Resolve customer issues and update customer records.

Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Previous customer service experience (preferably in fruits & vegetables).
- Good knowledge of F&V product categories.
- Applicants who can join immediately are preferred
- Experience with Odoo system.
- Strong communication skills and high accuracy in data entry.
