About the role
We are looking for a skilled café manager to manage the day-to-day operations, ensure a smooth workflow, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Supervise and lead the day-to-day operations of the café
✔ Manage employee schedules, training, and team performance
✔ Track inventory, supplies, and purchases
✔ Ensuring cleanliness, safety and quality standards
✔ Carrying out marketing and promotional activities
✔ Handle and resolve customer complaints quickly
✔ Daily/weekly sales and operations reporting
✔ Coordinate and support operations across multiple branches
