We are looking for an experienced Mandoop (Public Relations Officer) with strong knowledge of Kuwait Ministry procedures, both online and offline, to handle all company-related government works efficiently.

Requirements:
– Excellent experience with Kuwait government portals and ministry procedures (PAM, MOI, MOH, MOF, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce, Immigration, Visa processing, Residency, Civil ID, etc.)
– Strong knowledge of Arabic and English (reading, writing & speaking)
– Must be familiar with online submissions, renewals, uploads, and document clearances
– Ability to handle visits to ministries and government offices as needed
– Preferably Indian nationality
– Must have valid Kuwait residency and driving license
