Required for a Logistics Company: Customer Service Agent
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure all interactions with clients (via email, walk-in center, SMS, or phone) provide a personalized and high-level service experience.
Assist clients in tracking their parcels and provide accurate and helpful information as needed.
Utilize every interaction on the CRM system to promote the company's services and enhance client interest.
Stay updated with new information regarding the company’s services, promotions, and campaigns to ensure accurate and helpful responses to client inquiries.
Coordinate with the dispatching team/warehouse team for urgent delivery requests.
Prepare and manage the customer service reports.
Requirements:
Must be bilingual (Arabic & English).
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field (Logistics).
