We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist with solid and proven experience in Medical Recruitment within Kuwait. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for various medical positions across our healthcare projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end medical recruitment processes.
• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for medical and clinical roles.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection procedures.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely hiring, especially for urgent requirements.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
• Handle offer negotiations and coordinate the onboarding process.
Requirements:
• Must be locally available in Kuwait with a valid transferable visa.
• Mandatory: Proven experience exclusively in medical recruitment within Kuwait.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait’s healthcare market and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet strict hiring deadlines.
