A leading Catering and Life Support Services Company in Kuwait is seeking to hire an experienced QHSE Manager with a strong background in Oil & Gas Catering Operations.
Position: QHSE Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in QHSE Management, with at least 5 years in the Catering / Oil & Gas industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 22000, ISO 45001, HACCP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
Proven experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
Strong leadership, training, and auditing skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Must be currently residing in Kuwait and ready to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s QHSE Management System.
Conduct regular inspections, risk assessments, and audits across all catering and camp locations.
Lead Food Safety and Hygiene compliance programs in line with KOC and International Standards.
Coordinate training programs for staff to promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
Investigate incidents and develop corrective/preventive actions.
Prepare and submit QHSE performance reports to senior management and clients.
