Job Title: HR Officer
Responsibilities:
Handle daily HR operations, including employee records, attendance, and documentation.
Manage recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring.
Support performance management processes, including appraisal cycles and employee evaluations.
Process employment contracts, renewals, and residency procedures.
Coordinate onboarding for new employees and ensure smooth integration.
Prepare monthly HR reports and maintain accurate HR databases.
Assist in administrative tasks and office coordination when needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait Labor Law.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HR practices, including recruitment and performance management.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Professional, reliable, and maintains confidentiality.
Salary:
Up to 400 KD, depending on experience and qualifications.
