🌿 Job Vacancy: Workshop Assistant (Plant Nursery)
📍 Location: Kuwait (Local Hiring Only)
💰 Salary: 200 – 300 KWD (Based on experience)

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Plant & Terrarium Expert to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of indoor plants, terrarium design, and plant care techniques, with a creative eye and excellent communication skills to engage both clients and colleagues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Design, assemble, and maintain terrariums and plant arrangements.
•⁠ ⁠Provide expert care for a wide range of indoor and decorative plants.
•⁠ ⁠Advise clients on plant selection, combinations, and styling for various spaces.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all plants are healthy, well-presented, and meet brand standards.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain organization and cleanliness in the workshop and display areas.
•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with team members and assist in training on plant care techniques.
•⁠ ⁠Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering positive and professional relationships.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Must be currently in Kuwait and available for local transfer.
•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in plant care, terrarium design, or nursery operations.
•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of plant varieties, soil types, and watering requirements.
•⁠ ⁠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
•⁠ ⁠Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
•⁠ ⁠Physically fit, reliable, and customer-oriented.
