🕒 Experience Required: 2–5 years


We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer (HVAC) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HVAC system sales by understanding client requirements, providing tailored solutions, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
* Meet with contractors, consultants, developers, and building owners to assess HVAC needs.
* Recommend suitable HVAC systems based on site conditions and project specifications.
* Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company objectives.
* Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry standards.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales or project engineering.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment (VRF, Ductable, Rooftop Package units).
* Experience working with consultants and MEP contractors.
* Familiarity with local HVAC codes and regulations.
