Open Vacancy: Sales Manager - cooperatives
Our company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to work with cooperatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales volume and achieve targets.
• Manage and guide sales teams to ensure optimal performance.
• Build strong relationships with key clients, cooperatives, and hypermarkets.
• Monitor and analyze the market and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance and sales reports for senior management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
• Preferred experience with chemical products and cleaning products.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to understand the market and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in English.
