Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's or L&D certifications preferred)

3–5 years of proven experience in training within the Food & Beverage or Retail industry

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills (bilingual candidates preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and retail operational standards

Immediate joiners highly preferred

Must be locally based in Kuwait with transferable Visa 18 (Ahli)

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and facilitate impactful training programs for F&B and retail operations (frontline, supervisors, and managers)

Conduct onboarding and orientation programs aligned with company culture and standards

Deliver engaging training on customer service, sales, product knowledge, food safety, HACCP, and hygiene

Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and implement targeted learning solutions

Develop interactive training materials such as manuals, e-learning modules, and presentations

Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, testing, and performance analysis

Support employee development and promote a culture of continuous learning and service excellence
