About the Role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Tendering Engineer with experience in tender preparation, estimation, and technical evaluation for projects related to KOC, KNPC, and KIPIC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complete tendering activities for engineering services, spare parts supply, and project works in compliance with client and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze tender documents (KOC / KNPC / KIPIC).

Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.

Conduct material take-offs, cost estimation, and supplier evaluation.

Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and finance departments during bid preparation.

Ensure timely submission of bids with complete technical and commercial compliance.

Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up with clients for feedback.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent.

2 plus years of experience in tendering or estimation within the Oil & Gas / EPC / Spare Parts sector.

Good knowledge of KOC, KNPC, and KIPIC tendering procedures and portals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP-based tendering systems.
