Customer service Associate.
-Respond to and resolve customer questions and problems
-Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
-Communicate effectively and provide product knowledge.
-3 Years mandatory experience.
-Female candidates only.
-Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh nationals preferred.
-Fluent in English and Arabic mandatory.
Strong communication skills.
