We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates.
2.Prepare and post job ads on online platforms and social media.
3.Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
4.Schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
5.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).


6.Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
7.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
8.Contribute to employer branding and HR projects as needed.
