White Robata is a premium contemporary restaurant known for its refined robata-style dining, exceptional guest experience, and modern culinary craftsmanship.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar leadership role in premium or fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Solid understanding of financials, operations, and guest engagement.
• A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
• Previous experience in high-end or Japanese/Asian concepts is an advantage.
