Are you passionate about crafting authentic Italian flavors with an innovative twist?
We’re looking for a creative and visionary Executive Chef to lead our Italian Cuisine Research & Development initiatives.
In this role, you’ll:
Develop and innovate Italian recipes and product concepts aligned with brand strategy.
Lead kitchen trials and menu testing to ensure authentic taste and consistency.
Collaborate closely with operations, supply chain, and brand teams to bring new culinary ideas to life.
Stay ahead of culinary trends and elevate our Italian offering across markets.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in Italian cuisine.
Strong R&D or product development background within F&B or hospitality groups.
A passion for innovation, detail, and authentic Italian craftsmanship.
