Recruitment Specialist – Overseas Nursing & Caregiver Recruitment

🩺 About the Role:
This position focuses on recruiting nurses and caregivers from overseas to Kuwait.

Please note: This role can be performed remotely or from outside Kuwait,
while the recruited nurses and caregivers will be based and employed in Kuwait.

🎯 Requirements:
• Proven experience in recruiting medical staff from overseas to Kuwait.
• Successfully recruited 50+ nurses or caregivers within the past two years.
• Strong coordination with recruitment agencies in the Philippines, India, Nepal, and Africa.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
