🧠 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and online orders through delivery apps (Talabat, Deliveroo, etc.) 📦
• Communicate clearly and professionally in Arabic & English with customers and team members 💬
• Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment ⏱️
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and special requests politely and efficiently 🤝
• Update menu items, prices, and offers on delivery platforms as needed 🧾
• Maintain excellent customer relationships with a positive and friendly attitude 🌟

✅ Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or F&B online delivery preferred (freshers are welcome!) 🎓
• Female candidates only 👩‍💻
• Sham nationals (Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine) 🇸🇾🇱🇧🇯🇴🇵🇸
• Fluent in Arabic & English (reading, writing, and speaking) 🗣️✍️
• Must speak Kuwaiti dialect fluently 🇰🇼
• Strong communication and multitasking skills 💪
• Visa 18 Ahli (Transferable) required
