Location: Jleeb Al Shuyoukh , Kuwait

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive to our Human Resources department. This role is key to building a strong, people-first culture, driving organizational development, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, plans, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Manage performance evaluation, training, and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain up-to-date HR documentation.
• Work closely with leadership to support business and cultural growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in human resources or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Skills in developing training programs, performance management, and employee benefits.
