Our company is seeking to hire (2) employees as VNA’s Operators to work in the warehouse.

Job Title:
VNA’s Operator – Material Handling Equipment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Accurately monitor heavy loads and perform inspections to ensure accuracy and safety.

Inspect equipment (such as FLT and VNA forklifts) before and after use, following safety and operational procedures.

Maintain general warehouse cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards.

Check product availability and arrange stock replenishment.

Ensure all orders are picked, packed, and processed according to company standards before dispatch.

Contribute to the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations.

Load, unload, pick, and relocate stock.

Plan daily work schedules, including order picking and stock storage.

Conduct daily checks for VNA forklifts.

Assist with stock checks/inventory when required.

Organize materials on shelves and maintain workplace cleanliness.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read and write in English.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as VNA’s Operator (minimum of 1 year may be accepted).

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Energetic, hands-on, flexible, dependable, and highly motivated.

Ability to work under pressure, identify problems, and report them.

Age between 30 and 45 years maximum.
