Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Designer and Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC machines, CAD/CAM software, and a strong understanding of design, cutting, and finishing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and modify CNC designs using CAD/CAM software

Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., laser, router, milling, etc.)

Ensure precision and accuracy in cutting and engraving

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines

Collaborate with the design and production teams to meet project deadlines

Maintain safety and cleanliness in the workspace

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC designer and machine operator

Proficient in CAD/CAM software (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

Experience with laser cutting, acrylics, wood, or metal materials

Background in signage, furniture, or fabrication industry is a plus
