MEP & Building materials Procurement Officer


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing/Procurement Officer with experience in MEP and building materials with valid Kuwait Driving License to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for MEP and construction materials

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials

- Analyze price trends and supplier performance

- Maintain and update supplier database and procurement records

- Ensure materials comply with project specifications and quality standards

- Coordinate with project, engineering, and warehouse teams

- Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking

- Handle import documentation, if applicable

- Evaluate vendor performance regularly and recommend improvements

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of relevant procurement experience in MEP/building materials
• Strong knowledge of local and international suppliers
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• With valid Kuwait Driving License
