About The Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven CEO to lead a prominent healthcare organization in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in executive leadership within the healthcare sector and a passion for innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and overall operations to achieve organizational goals
Drive business growth, service diversification, and market presence
Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Oversee financial performance and collaborate with executive leadership
Report to the Board and represent the organization publicly

Requirements

Master’s in Healthcare Administration, MBA, or related field
15+ years of leadership experience, including 7–10 years in senior healthcare roles
Proven ability to lead transformation and manage complex operations
Strong strategic, financial, and stakeholder management skills
