Job description:
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee the procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials and products to meet production and customer demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and coordinate logistics activities.
• Knowledge about shipping docs , custom clearance procedures in Kuwait .
• Manage and optimize transportation and distribution networks to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to supply chain operations.
• Evaluate and select third-party logistics providers and manage their performance to achieve operational objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
