Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in substation automation systems within the oil and gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects in oil & gas environments.
2. Enforce quality standards, Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
3. Review and validate technical documentation, Develop and monitor schedules, address delays.
4.Identify risks, Track budgets, manage supplier payments and apply cost-saving measures to maintain

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification (preferred).
3. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience within the oil & gas sector (preferred).
4. Deep understanding of LAN & Telecom & security systems.
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
6. Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.
7. Hold a valid Kuwaiti driving license and possess a private vehicle for site mobility.
