Basic Requirements:
✅ Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in restaurant purchasing
✅ Strong knowledge of local suppliers, food market, and pricing
✅ Solid understanding of international suppliers and the global food market
✅ Excellent skills in negotiation and price offer analysis
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
✅ Fluent in English – reading, writing, and speaking
✅ Ability to prepare professional reports
✅ Valid Kuwaiti driving license
✅ Organized, accurate, and trustworthy personality
✅ Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
