We are hiring a qualified and experienced IT Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with the Odoo ERP system and the ability to manage a wide range of IT functions independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and maintaining servers

Managing and configuring company email systems

Providing general IT support across the company

Fixing computer-related errors and hardware issues

Installing, updating, and maintaining software and systems

Diagnosing and resolving network issues

Performing system upgrades as required

Maintaining and updating the company website

Implementing and monitoring data backup systems

Ensuring IT security protocols and best practices are followed

Assisting with the integration of new systems and technologies
Supporting Odoo ERP modules and user-related issues


Qualifications:

Proven experience working with Odoo ERP

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

Solid knowledge of server, email, and network configurations

Ability to handle multiple technical tasks with minimal supervision

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
