Job Title: IT Technical Support Officer (On Site)

Location: Kuwait
Job Summary: As an IT Technical Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues within the company. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems, provide technical assistance to staff, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:
 Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
 Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
 Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and telecommunication systems.
 Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
 Respond to user inquiries, diagnose problems, and provide step-by-step solutions.
 Document technical issues and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
 Assist in IT-related projects, upgrades, and deployments.
 Maintain data security and perform regular backups.

Qualifications:
 Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
 Proven experience in a technical support for minimum 4+ years.  Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
 Familiarity with network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
 Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and common enterprise software.
 Good understanding of security practices and data protection.
 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:
 Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
 Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
