HIRING: Maintenance Foreman – HVAC Systems

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Foreman to lead on-site teams for residential and commercial air conditioning maintenance and installation projects. You’ll be the go-to person for managing technicians, ensuring job quality, and coordinating daily site activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate HVAC maintenance and installation tasks.
• Lead a team of technicians across multiple job sites.
• Ensure work is done according to technical and safety standards.
• Report daily progress and issues to management.
• Handle on-site troubleshooting and minor repair tasks as needed.
• Ensure tools, materials, and manpower are used efficiently.

Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years experience in AC maintenance and installation (residential & light commercial).

• Previous experience as team leader or foreman preferred.
• Strong knowledge of split units, ducted systems, and package units.
• Able to read technical drawings and follow service schedules.
• Valid driving license is a plus.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Transferable visa (Article 18) is a must.
