Required Experienced Florist
A well-established floral company in Kuwait is hiring experienced florists of any nationality (preferably Indian or Filipino).
Visa 18 is required. Candidates must have solid experience in flower arrangements, bouquets, and decorations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Create unique and aesthetic floral designs based on customer requirements.
2. Handle retail flower sales, including upselling and cross-selling.
3. Provide excellent customer service, including floral care recommendations.
4. Process orders in-store, by phone, or on behalf of corporate clients.
5. Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
6. Address customer queries or issues, escalating to a supervisor when needed.
