We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales engineer/Executive and Manager to join our team in the Building Materials, Silicone Sealants, Industrial Tools, and Hardware sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and sales performance
• Manage procurement and inventory
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
• Lead a sales team and drive business growth
• Ensure smooth coordination across departments
Requirements:
• Proven experience in building materials, hardware tools, or industrial products
• Strong product knowledge in silicone sealants, tools, and construction supplies
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage
• Valid Kuwait driving license required
• Transferable residence (Article 18)
