Job Posting: Senior Engineer – QA/QC

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – QA/QC to join our prestigious construction projects in Shuwaikh and Al-Shadadiyah, Kuwait. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to lead quality assurance and control efforts on high-profile high-rise, commercial, and hospital building projects.

Qualifications:
• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 15–20 years in the construction industry, with proven expertise in high-rise buildings, commercial buildings, and hospital projects etc..in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of quality control, including planning, resourcing, execution, management, and documentation.
• Lead a team of QC Inspectors (including off-site inspectors at the pre-cast yard) and QC Technicians (concrete receiving team leader).
• Develop and implement inspection and test plans (ITPs) and check-sheets in collaboration with site in-charges.
• Conduct routine site inspections and periodic off-site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Verify test reports to ensure adherence to contract requirements and issue/administer Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as needed.
• Analyze NCRs to identify root causes and report deficiencies in the Quality Management & Control System to the Project QA/QC Manager.
• Prepare weekly QC reports, review daily QC reports, and maintain updated NCR, CC, and FM status reports.


• Complete final Weight of Evidence Compliance documentation for inspections, tests, non-conformances, and material approvals.
• Perform technical process and system audits on subcontractors and off-site facilities against ITPs and Method Statements.
• Provide training to supervisors and subcontractors on ITPs and Method Statements in collaboration with co-authors.

• Must be currently based in Kuwait with a valid visa.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and documentation.
