Looking for an Operations Manager (Night Shift) for a Renowned Cleaning services company

Requirements
* Attested Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
* Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in an operations management role.
* Experience in facilities management or a similar service-oriented industry is highly desirable.
* Valid Kuwaiti Driving License.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Oversee night cleaning operations to deliver efficient, high-quality service.
2. Lead, train, and motivate the night team.
3. Inspect sites and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
4. Report performance, analyze KPIs, and drive improvements.
5. Manage supplies, equipment, and vehicles to ensure readiness and care.
6. Enforce health, safety, and labor compliance throughout the shift.
Working Conditions
* Primarily night shift work, with additional afternoon hours required for planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks.


* Work involves being on-site with operational teams.
