Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the urban area of Kuwait City. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, managing schedules and budgets, coordinating marketing activities, handling delivery platforms, supporting product development, and ensuring smooth workflow within the organization.

Qualifications

Experience in food and beverage operations management, project management, and team leadership

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Experience in logistics and supply chain management

Knowledge of quality control techniques and process improvement

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Basic Requirements

Transferable residency

Valid driver’s license

Immediate availability is preferred

Salary: KWD 600 to 700
