Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural / Structural Draftsman to join our team for a major housing project under the PAHW. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a proven work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality drawings in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD and relevant software
Coordinate with site engineers and design teams to meet project specifications
Update drawings to reflect any site or design changes
Ensure timely delivery of all drafting outputs
Requirements:
Proven experience in architectural or structural drafting (PAHW or housing project experience preferred)
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is a plus
Strong organizational and communication skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Available to join immediately or within one month
Open to both full-time and part-time roles
